Travel & Accommodations

Loloma Lodge is located along the McKenzie River on the edge of Willamette National Forest in the Cascade Mountain range. Travel time is approximately 1.5 hours from Bend, 1 hour from Eugene, and 2.5 hours from Portland. All 3 cities have major airports and car rental services.

Since Loloma Lodge is located in a remote area, accommodations nearby are somewhat limited. Due to our wedding falling right in the middle of the summer tourism season, we highly suggest making lodging reservations ASAP! Everything close will sell out before summer!

On Site Accommodations

Stay on site with us and don't miss a thing! All guests staying at Loloma can check in as early as 3pm on Tuesday 8/20 and checkout is Thursday 8/22 by 11am.

Tent/RV Camping
Guests are welcome to tent camp at the venue, there are unlimited spots in a beautiful, shaded grove just steps from the river and reception site at the rate of $35/night which can be paid directly to the campground upon arrival. There are restrooms, showers and laundry facilities on site for campers. RV Camping is also available, with no electric or water hookups. No need to make reservations for camping, just show up with your gear! We humbly ask our guests who are local to consider camping options to allow more lodging for our guests traveling from out of state.

Lodge, Cabins and Canvas Tents
While the two main lodges on site have already been reserved by immediate family, a limited number of riverside cabins and "glamping" A-frame canvas-sided tents are available for guests to rent. All cabins and canvas tents require a two night (Tue - Wed) stay. All cabins and canvas tents can be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis by contacting Pat and Al ASAP. If you are reading this, I assume you know how to get a hold of us.

Cabins: Riverfront cabins all have full kitchens, a bedroom with a queen bed, an extra futon bed in the living room for additional guests, wood-burning fireplace, private decks, and floor to ceiling windows with views of the ridge and crystal-clear McKenzie River. Cabins are available all at the rate of $225/night (2 night minimum) and could easily accommodate 4 adults if our traveling friends want to share! UPDATE 3/8: 1 cabin still available.

Canvas Tents: Nestled throughout the trees, the property has several canvas-sided a-frame "glamping" tents (similar to small yurts) each with a queen size bed and lots of extra space. Canvas tents share the same restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities as tent camping. Canvas tents are still available at a rate of $85/night and can perfectly accommodate 2 adults. UPDATE 3/8: 2 tents still available.
